Events

Concerts, conventions, entertainment, sporting & community, etc.

Many groups of people have to work together to organize and run events such as a large concert. A collaboration hub can be created for the event, and all the supporting groups can be associated with it. Within each group, you can define what services are offered, which tasks need to be performed, and who is responsible for performing tasks.

Use cases are limited only by your imagination. Here are some scenarios. Can you think of any others for your situation?

During an event, an attendee could report a medical emergency that could be routed to the medical team, which would provide medical aid. Security issues can be fielded by the security companies serving that event.

At conventions, Zntri can organize the staff, vendors, and attendees into their own groups where each can collaborate with one another. A vendor in need of technical support, table setup, or moving merchandise can request services that would be fulfilled by staff. Similarly, attendees could request disability assistance, translators, or transportation to provide a positive convention experience. The calendar would be a resourceful tool to keep members organized and aware of upcoming activities throughout the event.

During political events, government agencies can create group chats to communicate with their own members, or with members from different agencies. This could eliminate communication issues, like during the assassination attempt on President Trump when the agencies could not communicate with each other in real-time.
