Travel Industry

Planes, trains, ships, airports, stations, ports, group tours, etc.

In the travel industry, there are situations where different groups must collaborate frequently to ensure incidents are resolved and requests fulfilled within a specified time period. Communication among participants is facilitated through broadcasts, notifications, and messages. Zntri is designed to address exactly that.

Use cases are limited only by your imagination. Here are some examples. Can you think of any others?

Air Travel

Zntri is particularly beneficial for airports. Various groups, such as security, TSA, lost and found, and disability support, can effectively assist travelers. For example, travelers could request a ride to their gates, send a photo of their luggage to the lost luggage office, or ask for medical assistance. A passenger flying to the airport could arrange for wheelchair assistance before or during the flight. Additionally, suspicious packages can be reported directly to security.

Message broadcasting can serve multiple purposes, such as notifying passengers when a gate is about to close, announcing the recovery of a lost child, or issuing emergency announcements.

Internally, airport staff can request services from one another for maintenance and other day-to-day operations.

Cruise Travel

Large or long-range carriers can also benefit from Zntri. On a cruise ship, for instance, passengers could request room service or report a medical issue. When in port, they could arrange transportation back to the ship.

Similar to airports, the crew on a cruise ship can automate various internal operations.
